Reiki is a form of alternative therapy that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. The term "Reiki" comes from two Japanese words: "Rei," meaning universal, and "Ki," meaning life energy. What to expect:

You will lie down fully clothed while your practitioner lightly places their hands on or near your body.

Your practitioner will use various hand positions and techniques to help assess and channel your body’s energy.

The goal is to remove energy blocks, balance your body's energy, and promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Many clients fall asleep during their Reiki sessions, while others choose to stay present to experience subtle energy sensations moving through their bodies.

How does it work?

Reiki sessions last 30, 60, or 90  mins and can be booked for in-person or virtual sessions. For maximum results, we recommend paring your Reiki appointment with an astrology reading (beforehand) and acupuncture (before or after).
